QuoteWon provides an AI-powered tool for generating follow-up messages for home service businesses. You use these messages to communicate with your own customers. When you use SMS delivery features, QuoteWon sends text messages on your behalf to your customers using Twilio, our SMS provider.
Paid subscriptions (Starter at $29/month, Pro at $59/month) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Follow-up messages are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any generated message. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them to your customers. Do not send AI-generated messages without reading them first.

When using QuoteWon's SMS features, you agree to only send messages to customers who have consented to receive them. You are responsible for obtaining and documenting that consent before sending any SMS through QuoteWon.
You can cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-enable, contact us at support@quotewon.com. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@quotewon.com.
Message frequency varies by contractor and customer engagement, typically 1–5 messages per job inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

QuoteWon is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, missed jobs, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Content generated by QuoteWon is provided as a suggested communication for your review. By sending any follow-up message generated through QuoteWon, you confirm that you have reviewed the content and accept full responsibility for its transmission. QuoteWon LLC provides a communication tool and is not the sender or author of communications transmitted by users. Users may not use QuoteWon to transmit harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful communications. QuoteWon reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates this provision.
QuoteWon retains records of all AI-generated follow-up communications for the lifetime of your account and for three (3) years following account termination or cancellation. These records support compliance, audit, and dispute resolution purposes.
Users may not request deletion of sent communication records. Sent follow-up records constitute business communications and are retained as required for platform integrity. Customer personally identifiable information (PII) — including name, email, and phone number — may be anonymized from quote records upon user request via the Quote History page; however, the communication text and timestamps are retained.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to the communication records retention policy above.
