The Service

QuoteWon provides an AI-powered tool for generating follow-up messages for home service businesses. You use these messages to communicate with your own customers. We do not send messages on your behalf unless you explicitly use our email sending feature.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Starter at $19/month, Pro at $39/month) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

AI Output Disclaimer

Follow-up messages are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any generated message. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them to your customers. Do not send AI-generated messages without reading them first.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the AI generation system
• Share account access with others (accounts are per-user)
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Limitation of Liability

QuoteWon is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, missed jobs, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
