When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and phone number. When you use the service, we collect the customer and job details you enter (customer names, job descriptions, quote amounts). We also collect SMS opt-in status when you enable text message delivery, and usage data (such as feature usage and session activity) to improve the product.
Your data is used to provide the QuoteWon service — helping contractors generate and send follow-up messages to their customers. This includes using your trade type, job descriptions, and customer details to generate AI-powered follow-up messages via the Anthropic Claude API, and using your contact details to send those messages on your behalf via email or SMS.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS messages are sent solely to deliver the follow-up messages you create within QuoteWon to your own customers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at support@quotewon.com.
When contractors use QuoteWon to send SMS follow-up messages, they are required to confirm that their customer has consented to receive text messages before any message is sent. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Full SMS program details are available at quotewon.com/sms.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate QuoteWon (Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI generation, Twilio for SMS), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, all associated data — including your profile, quotes, customers, and follow-up history — is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request early deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
